[ale] CSS And HTML mail

I hate HTML as much as you guys do but we need to be realistic with
end-users.  Eye-candy sells product to dumb end-users.  Microsoft has
created a culture where more buttons, select lists, etc means more
features.  No one cares about the meat.  We on ALE know the truth about
the GUI.  

The plan is that the user will select in his profile if he wants to
receive HTML mail or text.  I prefer text.
