[ale] BellSouth/ATT DSL

Are you getting a DSL light? At first, I couldn't get one on my modem. It
turned out that a technician had switched off DSL when wotking on the
junction box just outside my door. If you really think it's further
upstream, you can only get the BellSouth technicians involved.
