[ale] Pidgin for Ubuntu Feisty (32-bit)

Hey everyone,

I have packages for Pidgin and updated OTR and Guifications plugins as
well.  The Pidgin package is built from an updated version of Ubuntu
Gutsy's Pidgin source (they had 2.0.0 when I got it, but 2.0.1 was out
so I updated it to 2.0.1).  *otr and Guifications were built using
Checkinstall because I could not figure out how to debianize them, and
Gutsy didn't have them when I tried to fetch all of the source packages.
