You may have a faster NIC that your network will support (i.e. a gig nic
on a 100M line) so the lights show slow speed.

Do you have a DVD drive? If so I can burn a DVD for you of FC5,6,7
Centos 4,5 - pick one! 32-bit or 64-bit?
