Sorry, I must not have been clear.

New hardware includes new mobo, 2 gigs of RAM, and two 250 GB
hard drives.  I am trying to set up RAID-1 on the NEW hardware
and then install a new, updated OS, replacing the FC3 that I am
using now.

Two put the new hardware in the old box, I had to remove the mobo
and related items that I am offering to swap for technical support.
