[ale] OT: SPAM is winning

There is another insidious spam message flooding the net
now:  it claims to be a helpful note that a friend has sent
you an "ecard." Then it offers up a site to download
the card.

I've gotten more than a dozen of these in the past 3-5 days --
most of them coming from a Hong Kong site, but not all of them.

The message is cleverly written and it will fool a lot of
gullible people, especially teenagers on Winders boxen who probably
don't even know how to pull up the complete header data, much less
how to read it.  The net result is more computers tied into a botnet.

The Register had a story about it yesterday.
