www.dnsstuff.com has "IP Information" among other tools.

You can ignore the registration stuff at the top of the site and just
use the tools at the bottom of the site.

Note that the IP search might give misleading results.   Our Internet
IPs show us in Arizona presumably because that's where the ISP's subnet
is.

I don't know of one site/tool that correlates all that info, but here
are some sites that will get you most of the pieces:
