To disable the Windows Firewall:
- Open Control Panel
- Open Administrative Tools
- Open Services
- Find Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) in the list on the
right
- 2x-Click to open the properties of this service
- Click the STOP button

If you want to disable it without any doubts change the Startup Type to
"Disabled" and reboot your computer.
