I started using Mindspring as my ISP in 2000 and am just now about to
cancel my service with them.  I have been on the cheapest (9.95) plan
for several years now just so I would have a dial up service should I
need it.

Now that I have changed my website to 1&1, e-mail to Google, and no
longer have a land line at my house I can't justify keeping their
service.  It is far too easy to just go to a coffee shop and use their
WiFi to update my MySpace page...errr...I mean my Debian laptop.


I have been putting it off for quite a while, but I guess it's time to
just go ahead and do it.
