[ale] A reliable/secure openid provider?

Never did try a openID account.

I got busy with real work and also did not find many of my existing
accounts that accepted a openID login.

In fact only one I can remember (a test account at a ruby on rails
bus. app site.  Can't think of the name off-hand.).
