[ale] script or app to set all files to lower case

Tested against a subset.
got the following error for each file.
tr: missing operand after `[:upper:][:lower:]'
Two strings must be given when translating.
Left all the original files with names unchanged and zero bytes.
Left copies of the file in the root of /tmp/folder
