I think that the OpenMoko will be available somewhat soon. If your not in a big rush I would wait for that. Otherwise I would say that the windows version, unfortunately, would be what I would sugest. Along with the points you brought up there are others including more bluetooth protocols supported. Check out the Wing from T-Mobile.
