[ale] firefox can't search by 'service tag' on dell accessories page

I'm able to pull up service tags from my Windoze server with
Firefox.1.5.0.7.   However on my FC4 box running Firefox 1.0.8 it
doesn't work.  Perhaps updating the version of Firefox you're running
would help?

When I type in the service tag,  nothing happened after pressing ENTER
or clicking on 'Search'. This is for Firefox.  Works just fine using IE.
not sure whether this has always been the case. anyone?
