[ale] Window Managers for X

Hey Guys

	There has been a ton of input on this issue and it has been most
appreciated. My biggest challenge is to find a window manager that is going
be manageable and stable with over a hundred users. I don't want the bloat
of KDE or GNOME. I might could use E16 or fvwm. I have E16 installed just
have not had chance to tweak the menus yet. Again Thanks
