[ale] Window Managers for X

I would recommend XFCE over Enlightenment for a general populace. But
there is nothing wrong with E. It was the first WM I actually liked.
So, even if it was a joke there is nothing wrong with the suggestion.
E17 just isn't ready for prime time yet.
