[ale] I need some help with iptables and cbq

I realized this morning that the only network "device" I don't need to
mark packets on is lo. So I can halve the number of rules, and factor
in my wireless network at the same time, by doing '-i ! lo' instead of
looking at each network card individually. Awesome.

Still haven't figured out the "OTHER" rules yet, though :(
