Depends on your need, the built-in Internet Connection Firewall (ICF)
may just do.
I believe 'ipsec firewall' is recommended over ICF.  ICF can expose a
program (or more accurately, the random high ports it opens at each
instance). without this capability, almost all high ports need to be
open.
