modprobe requires an up-to-date modules-dep file.  To ensure you have
that run 'depmod 2.6.17-2-k7'.  Then 'modprobe de620.o' if this still
doesn't work do a 'dmesg' and look at the last few lines for any errors
loading the driver.  To have the driver load automatically on boot edit
the /etc/modules file and add a line with de620.
