	The easy, short answer is that FC 3 is now part of the "Fedora Legacy"
project, and the various yum repositories have moved.

	The long answer is to hit google for "Fedora Legacy", and follow the
instructions contained therein to modify your various /etc/yum/* files
to point to the new repositories.  Good luck!
