[ale] Getting lvm messages "No volume found" on an xen kernel.

But they are there. When I boot a stock CentOS 4.3 kernel, it finds
them fine. It appears all the modules loaded OK. This is a 2.6.16
kernel. Is there something you can do in a kernel build to limit the
devices that lvm looks at? I know you can do it in the config file, but
the root is an lvm volume so it's not reading the config file yet.
Another strange question. I decided to try to bypass that error by
setting the root=/dev/hda2 which is a suse 9.3 root, just for kicks. No
where in the selected grub boot section do I mention lvm volumes however
it still says it can't find VolGroup00. How in the heck does he know to
look for it? It's in partition 5 of hda, so it shouldn't be hard to find.
Thanks,
Jim.
