[ale] support for DV.Now card or other video card?

I'm currently putting a Linux based PVR together. While researching
supported cards I do not remember seeing Dazzle cards on any lists of
supported DV cards. The most common ones seem to be Hauppaghe, pcHDTV &
MyHD, that show up consistently on any list.
