system is back up now...waiting on word as to what the cause of the
problem exactly was. as far as voip goes, our system was still
"working". while our t's went down, our phones were still going to
voicemail or being redirected to a secondary number. so as far as the
voip side goes, everything was fine. for some reason, our data
connection itself was lost, and took a long time to get it back. when i
know more, ill post.
