There's a heck of an easier way to do it without even getting your hands dirty. Simply call (828) 227-7397 and ask for Hank Bruno (Conference Director) or Amy Bennet (Hospitality). When you speak to them ask them to put you on the mail/email list, or even if someone could call you. They'll be quite happy to do it for you.
Just to keep it on topic, make sure you do it over SIP/Asterisk. ;c)
