[ale] What is going on with Bellsouth's smtp server?

I havent checked with bellsouth yet, but i wouldnt doubt thats what they 
are doing, considering that they have already blocked outgoing access to 
smtp.  It looks like they are trying to tighten that noose on the 
spammers, but at the same time, they are screwing their customers. Call 
them up, ask them what the dilio, and let us know. They wont talk to me 
anymore, as i dropped them about 4 months ago.
