I have one of those right now. Old code (prehistoric crap written for
DOS with no networking but using hacked serial ports to fake
networking), abandoned by the original author, no comments in source,
don't have all source, documents are incomplete, documents are
incorrect, libraries were abandoned by their authors before the project
was started, libraries have no documentation, protocols are
undocumented, systems are live and failing, backups are vapor...
It just gets better...
