agreed...i recently got an hp dl140 and its working well for my personal 
website. its a 3.0 xeon with 2 gigs ram, dual gig nic, dual processor 
capable, and 80 gig sata.  Works well for what i wanted, and the sticker 
was about 2g, but depending on what you are doing with your site, you 
might need more, might need less.
