This line brings back memories:

One of my clients used to rent space at a place downtown.  Good
security, on the hospital grid, etc.

It was all pretty good until the day one of their techs got a
disconnect order for a non-paying customer.  Not sure if the order was
wrong or the tech could not read, but he went to my clients rack and
started pull cables/cords.  When he was done no power, ethernet, etc.
was connected to the rack.

Unfortunately the failover cluster with shared storage did not survive
the harsh treatment.  I spent over 12-hours restoring the whole thing
from tape to get my client operational again.

Anyway, I used to assume service is good most anywhere.
