But AT&T is a big evil telco. ;-)  Seriously, AT&T does do those things 
right, or at least they did in the past.  Comcast, RR, etc., is a whole 
other ballgame I bet.  Still, 5 years ago no one really thought that we 
would need 6MB down or FIOS to keep people happy today.
