[ale] Unable to print certain PDFs

I just tried what you suggested and it still doesn't print. I have also
tried at the suggestion of someone from the suse list, printing to a
file and then viewing the postscript file and I found that when viewing
with ghostview that the first page is blank and all subsequent pages are
ok. I'll also get an error message in the process of opening the file,
although I didn't save it and I forget what it says. I seem to remember
it pointing to what seemed to me as the header of the file.
