[ale] Routing mail through my cable provider?

I have this setup for my Comcast ISP mailhost.  I have the following in my
exim.conf in the routers section:

  smart_route:
  driver = manualroute
  domains = !+local_domains
  transport = remote_smtp
  ignore_target_hosts = 0.0.0.0 : 127.0.0.0/8
  route_list = * smtp.comcast.net
  no_more
