Here I sit waiting for comcast to show up.  My appointment was 
11:00am-2:00pm.  I called them and they are going to give me a $20 
credit for missing the appointment.  I told them I would prefer to send 
them an invoice for my time at my rate...

They have no clue when the tech will get here but I've been assured he 
will be here today.

I heard that last saturday as well..
