[ale] Low cost racks

I am looking for anything that will hold 7 towers and a few
desktops.  I was just looking at a site where a guy
"neatened" up his home server room with a nice 2 post type
rack.  Those would be fine.  Do any of them have shelves or
would I have to acquire them  on my own ? (which is fine)
