Nope.  I see Win in the modifier list, it just say "<None>" next to it.   When 
I attempt to select "KDE Default for 4 Modifier Keys", it gives me a warning 
that 'The scheme requries the "Win" modifier key, which is not available on 
your keyboard layout'.
