[ale] Anyone with WebSphere 6 installation/configuration experience?

Hey everyone,

I'm working on a project that requires WebSphere as a backend. 
Since I know the people who frequent this list are of the 
'sharper-than-the-average-knife-in-the-drawer' caliber, I was 
wondering if anyone here has any experience with WebSphere as far 
as installation, advanced configuration (clustering, load 
balancing, etc)?

Basically, I don't think I need anyone to actually do the work, 
just someone I can pay for a bit of informational consulting.

If you, or someone you know, has that experience and would be up 
for a bit of consulting work, please contact me off-list.
