[ale] Printer problems

Ran the command (sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys restart ) - no output/error on
the screen
ps -ef | grep -i cup
abs 8314 7914 0 15:43 pts/4 00:00:00 grep -i cup
/etc/init.d/cupsys uses DAEMON=/usr/sbin/cupsd
> ls -l /usr/sbin/cupsd
ls: /usr/sbin/cupsd: No such file or directory
I am using kubuntu ... I am not sure if this thing happened when the
kdebase got reinstalled day before yesterday
