The Python class I'm taking is a "special topics" class (1 hr long). I
signed up for it because I've heard many good things about it (and I love
Monty Python)

The C++ class I'm taking is Data Structures and we're using C++ to play
around with different data structures.

I've heard MANY good things about Perl, and have been reading about it
outside of school. I also share your hatred towards CH.

To Charles Shapiro:
Thanks for your input, I'll definately look into those projects for some
inspiration. Thanks for the book recommendation too, I'll prob pick one up
at amazon (they have them for around 12 bucks used!!!)
