[ale] Reasonable tempatures

Jim,
Thanks, I took off the heat sink, removed all the old caked on grease
and put on a very thin layer of new grease. Dropped the BIOS temp by
40 degrees F. ie. From 160 to 120.
I suspect that will help that machine greatly.
