Umm. Maybe this slashdot article (
http://it.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/07/27/1456253&tid=133 ) points to
some stuff you can use? I think you'll have to write some stuff to do
complex modifications, since you'll essentially be parsing the proxy ed
site's html..
