I guess this is an example of an acronym that's actually
more descriptive of its definition than is its definition.  :)
The main example I can think of is "spool" (or rather,
"SPOOL") in computer context.  Reference Gary DeWard Brown:
System/370 Job Control Language (& that book's descendants)
- I don't think I'll spill the beans just yet... ;)
