One of these should do:
lftp, mirror, fmirror, ftpmirror.

I've used both lftp and mirror succesfully for exactly what you are 
wanting.  As others have indicated ssh + rsync is more secure, albeit 
slower, but they nor I know the network between yours hosts or whether 
security is even a cause for concern.
