That's not a good thing. I hope the board is still under warranty as
those are rather pricey. In short, the NVRAM test should happen so fast
that the message display is a blink. Try the usual suspects: reseat
everything on the board, do the bios jumper pull to default mode (if
this doesn't clear the problem, it's serious). Also try with only 1 cpu.
It smells like a warranty issue to me.
Last idea: try the boot up with a different power supply.
