I don't think the ink cart thing sounds so crazy.  People obviously
agreed in advance for $30 instant rebate to return the cart to Lexmark.
Well, they did not.  What Lexmark needs to learn is what I" learned with
young kids.  Never pay them in advance for a chore.  It will never get
completed.
