Did you read the ruling? Your summary is completely off base. Lexmark
sold the cartridges with a $30 'Prebate'. The customer gets the
cartridge for $30 less if they agree to return it to Lexmark for
remanufacturing. You can opt to buy the cartridge without the post-sale
restriction at a $30 higher price.
