[ale] OFF TOPIC: Tulane student

GSU is allowing (nearly) any student from the affected areas to attend
GSU as transients students. I don't know all the details but the blurb I
saw was basically "produce and ID and a class schedule and you're in
with whatever class we can get you in that fits your needs".
