my success with Comcast ( roadrunner...) was going to the web page and 
finding the southeast directors name & emailing him. Corporate called 
me back the next day and made sure my problem was taken care of.
that was then... I am now bellsouth DSL, waaaaaaaay out in the sticks:) 
1/2 way between Commerce & Athens:)
and loving it!
