[ale] Trying to install on a new dell

If I choose the other option below (for experts)
I get

So maybe you can see why I'm confused. I've got multiple 20 somehting gig partitions on a 30 gig drive
 
Can I delete some and resisze some to get back to where I started and try to install again?

You should be able to select partitioning and change the suggestion they
are providing.
