[ale] Reclaiming WIndows drive space

Assuming the soon-to-nuked partition is /dev/hda1 just format the
partition with:

mkreiserfs /dev/hda1  (double check on any other flags you may need. I
don't use reiser so I'm a bit rusty)

Make the /data directory where you want it. Now setup a listing for
it /etc/fstab using other directories as a pattern.
