[ale] ext3 fragmentation

I've long heard that there is no need to "defrag" ext2 and ext3
partitions..... So, should I worry about this one:

   $ fsck.ext3 -f /dev/md12
   e2fsck 1.27 (8-Mar-2002)

   Pass 3: Checking directory connectivity
