[ale] Chaintech SKT600 motherboard

Well, it's brand new, fits the mobo's specs, and the beeping stops when I
play around with the jumpers so I am guessing it's ok.  However I will test
it just to make sure.

This may sound like a stupid question, but is the RAM any good?  Most common
source of loud beeps and lack of POST test would be bad RAM or no RAM.
