[ale] UPS needs a new home

If it is the unit I'm thinking of, I have batteries.

The batteries are about 4"x4"x6" and it needs several (6 or more).

With batteries, it weighs 50+ pounds?

I'd love to have it.  I bought new batteries for mine, then the
electronics went bad. :(
